Wenn Sie an einer Anstellung im Bereich Kindes- und Erwachsenenschutz (KESB) in der attraktiven und an vorzüglicher Verkehrslage gelegenen Verwaltung interessiert sind, erwartet Sie ab sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine interessante Aufgabe als 

Sachbearbeiterin oder Sachbearbeiter Bereich Kindes- und Erwachsenenschutz (80-90%) ##

Ihre Zuständigkeiten

  • Führen der Mandatsbuchhaltungen: Vorbereitung und Überwachung des Zahlungsverkehrs, Bereitstellen von Abschlüssen;
  • Bewirtschaften der sozialversicherungsrechtlichen Ansprüche (Renten, EL, HE, IPV etc.);
  • Bearbeitung der Gesundheitskosten im Rahmen der Beistandschaft;
  • Administrative Unterstützung der Berufsbeistände: Bearbeitung anfallender Korrespondenz und Abklärungen mit Amtsstellen und Institutionen;
  • Schalter- und Telefondienst.

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Kaufmännische Ausbildung, vorzugsweise in einer Gemeindeverwaltung;
  • Erfahrung im Sozialbereich, vorzugsweise im Kindes- und Erwachsenenschutz;
  • Sehr gute Buchhaltungskenntnisse;
  • Sozialversicherungsrechtliches Fachwissen;
  • Exakte und selbständige Arbeitsweise;
  • Einwandfreier mündlicher und schriftlicher Ausdruck;
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse der MS-Office-Programme, Kenntnisse in der Bedienung der Applikationssoftware KLIB von Vorteil.
