Dein Handwerk ##

  • Du koordinierst unser Offertwesen von der Projektsuche und Ausschreibung über die Bearbeitung der Submissionen bis zur Offerteingabe und Nachverfolgung.
  • Als zentrale Ansprechperson behältst du Termine, Unterlagen und offene Punkte rund um unsere Ausschreibungen und Submissionen zuverlässig im Blick.
  • Du denkst mit und entwickelst Prozesse sowie (digitale) Formulare im Offertbereich und in der Bauadministration weiter.
  • Du unterstützt unsere Bauführer und Projektleiter in der Projektadministration und bist dadurch nah am Baugeschehen.
  • Ebenso wichtig ist deine Unterstützung in der Fakturierung, im Personalwesen und im administrativen Tagesgeschäft, wozu auch die gelegentliche Protokollführung gehört.

Dein Fundament ##

  • Du verfügst über eine kaufmännische Grundbildung und bringst Erfahrung im Offertwesen, in der Projektadministration oder in einem vergleichbaren Umfeld mit. Erfahrung in der Baubranche ist ein Plus.
  • Du arbeitest selbstständig, strukturiert und mit viel Eigeninitiative und behältst auch bei anspruchsvollen Aufgaben den Überblick.
  • Du bleibst dran, wenn Infos fehlen, und bringst Themen zuverlässig ins Ziel.
  • Du hast ein Gespür für Zahlen und Technik und blickst auch bei komplexen Zusammenhängen durch.
  • Du kommunizierst stilsicher auf Deutsch und trittst dienstleistungsorientiert auf - weitere Sprachen wie Französisch, Portugiesisch oder Italienisch sind ein Plus.
