Für ein regionales Unternehmen mit handwerklichem Schwerpunkt suchen wir eine zuverlässige Persönlichkeit, die den administrativen Alltag im Griff hat. Das Unternehmen ist seit vielen Jahren in der Region mit mehreren Standorten verankert, beschäftigt ein überschaubares, eingespieltes Team und steht für saubere Handwerksarbeit und kurze Entscheidungswege. Ihre Aufgaben

  • Führen der Personaladministration von Eintritt bis Austritt inkl. Melden von Krankheits- und Unfallfällen
  • Erfassen der Stundenrapporte und Pflegen der Personalzeiten
  • Bearbeiten der Kreditoren- und Debitorenbuchhaltung sowie Ausführen des Zahlungsverkehrs und der Kassenführung
  • Vorbereiten von Bewerbungen und Submissionen für Bauprojekte sowie Bearbeiten von Offerten
  • Erfassen und Mutieren von Aufträgen und Stammdaten
  • Erledigen der allg. Sekretariatsarbeiten wie Korrespondenz, Postbearbeitung, Ablage, Archivierung

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Grundausbildung EFZ oder gleichwertige Qualifikation
  • Weiterbildung im Bereich Personalwesen sowie Erfahrung in der Bau- oder Metallbaubranche von Vorteil
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office 365, Kenntnisse in Abacus ein Plus
  • Exakte, strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikative, teamfähige Persönlichkeit mit Freude am Kontakt zu Kunden und Team
  • Deutsch: Stilsicher (C2)
