Im Auftrag unseres Kunden, einem Dienstleistungsunternehmen in der Region Biel, suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine:n Sachbearbeiter:in Rechnungswesen 80-100%. Ihre Aufgaben beim neuen Arbeitgeber

  • Sie übernehmen die Fakturierung von Dienstleistungen und stellen eine korrekte sowie termingerechte Verrechnung sicher
  • Die Debitoren- und Kreditorenbuchhaltung unterstützen Sie im Tagesgeschäft und bearbeiten die dazugehörigen Belege und Buchungen
  • Zahlungseingänge, offene Posten und Konten stimmen Sie regelmässig ab und klären Differenzen selbstständig
  • Bei Monats- und Jahresabschlussarbeiten wirken Sie unterstützend mit und übernehmen weitere administrative Aufgaben im Rechnungswesen

Sie bieten Ihrem neuen Arbeitgeber

  • Sie verfügen über eine kaufmännische Grundausbildung, idealerweise ergänzt durch eine Weiterbildung als Sachbearbeiter:in Rechnungswesen
  • Berufserfahrung im Rechnungswesen, insbesondere in der Fakturierung sowie Debitoren- oder Kreditorenbuchhaltung, bringen Sie bereits mit
  • Gute Deutsch- und Französischkenntnisse sowie ein sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und ERP-Systemen unterstützen Sie im Arbeitsalltag
  • Mit Ihrem Flair für Zahlen, einer unkomplizierten Art und einem zuverlässigen Arbeitsstil packen Sie gerne selbst mit an und behalten auch bei unterschiedlichen Aufgaben den Überblick
