Die Berufsbildung Human Resources von Hirslanden Bern begleitet rund 160 Auszubildende in 18 verschiedenen Aus- und Weiterbildungslehrgängen in den Bereichen Pflege, Medizin, Therapie und Technik, Hausdienst, Gastronomie sowie Administration. Damit leistet sie einen wichtigen Beitrag zur Erreichung der übergeordneten Unternehmensziele der Organisation. Zu Hirslanden Bern gehören die drei Berner Kliniken Salem-Spital, Beau-Site und Permanence sowie die ambulanten Zentren Medical Center Wankdorf und OPERA Bern.

 

Das Team Berufsbildung von Hirslanden Bern sucht Verstärkung! In deiner Rolle als Sachbearbeiter/in Berufsbildung unterstützt du das Berufsbildungsteam in administrativen und organisatorischen Belangen. Dabei arbeitest du eng mit den Ausbildungsverantwortlichen zusammen und erhältst spannende Einblicke in 18 verschiedene Berufe auf EFZ- und Tertiärstufe.

DEINE AUFGABEN ##

  • Unterstützung des administrativen Rekrutierungs- und Betreuungsprozesses von Lernenden und Studierenden
  • Mitwirkung bei der Organisation und Durchführung von Bildungsanlässen
  • Ansprechperson für interne und externe Anspruchsgruppen in der Berufsbildung per E-Mail und Telefon (Bildungsinstitutionen, Berufsbildende, Ausbildungsverantwortliche, interne Stellen, Lernende und Studierende)
  • Bewirtschaftung der Plattformen für Berufswahlpraktika sowie für die Bewerbungen unserer Ausbildungsberufe
  • Übernahme vielfältiger administrativer und organisatorischer Aufgaben in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Ausbildungsverantwortlichen

DEIN PROFIL ##

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung EFZ oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Berufserfahrung, idealerweise im Bildungs-, Gesundheits- oder Hotellerieumfeld
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
  • Versierter Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (mindestens Niveau C1)
  • Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Anspruchsgruppen sowie an administrativen und organisatorischen Tätigkeiten
