Nous recherchons un(e) employé(e) de comptabilité qui prendra en charge la comptabilité de plusieurs sociétés et assumera la responsabilité des clôtures, de la TVA, des débiteurs ainsi que des créanciers. Vos tâches chez le nouvel employeur :

  • Au centre de vos responsabilités se trouve la gestion autonome de la comptabilité fournisseurs et clients de plusieurs sociétés, complétée par la surveillance des paiements ainsi qu'une gestion structurée des débiteurs
  • Vous participez aux clôtures mensuelles, trimestrielles et annuelles ainsi qu'aux audits et assurez une base financière fiable grâce à des rapprochements de comptes et des analyses pertinentes
  • La préparation des déclarations de TVA fait également partie de vos tâches, tout comme la gestion des relances et la coordination étroite avec les interlocuteurs internes du service financier
  • De plus, vous accompagnez professionnellement un apprenti dans le domaine des finances et, si nécessaire, vous remplacez la direction financière, ce qui vous permet de mettre à profit votre expertise

Vous offrez à votre nouvel employeur :

  • Une formation commerciale de base achevée constitue la base indispensable, complétée par au moins deux ans d'expérience professionnelle en finance et comptabilité
  • Une formation continue dans le domaine de la comptabilité, par exemple au niveau employé de commerce, est déjà en place
  • Maîtrise assurée de MS Office, en particulier Excel, ainsi qu'expérience avec des systèmes ERP et idéalement Abacus
  • Vous convainquez par d'excellentes connaissances en allemand à l'oral et à l'écrit, une manière de travailler soigneuse ainsi qu'un sens des responsabilités et vous appréciez la collaboration et le partage des connaissances
