Ihre Aufgaben beim neuen Arbeitgeber:

  • Sie verantworten die operative Kreditorenabwicklung vom Rechnungseingang bis zur termingerechten Zahlung 
  • Eingehende Rechnungen werden strukturiert erfasst, kontiert und im ERP verarbeitet, inklusive Klärung von Abweichungen mit internen Stellen
  • In enger Abstimmung mit Einkauf, Fachbereichen und Lieferanten werden Rückfragen, Mahnungen und Differenzen sauber bereinigt, damit die Prozesse stabil und transparent bleiben
  • Monats- und Jahresabschlussarbeiten im Kreditorenumfeld werden durch sie unterstützt, zudem fliessen Ideen zur Prozessoptimierung und zur Weiterentwicklung der Workflows aktiv ein

Sie bieten Ihrem neuen Arbeitgeber:

  • Eine kaufmännische Grundausbildung oder eine gleichwertige Ausbildung bildet die Basis, idealerweise ergänzt durch Praxis in der Kreditorenbuchhaltung oder im Rechnungswesen
  • Eine Weiterbildung im Finanz- und Rechnungswesen (z. B. Sachbearbeitung Rechnungswesen) passt gut ist aber nicht zwingend
  • Sehr gute ERP- und MS-Office-Kenntnisse sowie Sicherheit in Kreditorenprozessen, Zahlungsabläufen und Abstimmungen helfen, sauber und effizient in der Ostschweiz zu liefern
  • Sie überzeugen durch exakte Arbeitsweise, Diskretion und eine serviceorientierte Kommunikation, die auch bei Zeitdruck mit internen Schnittstellen und Lieferanten ruhig bleibt
