**DEINE AUFGABEN**

* Abklärung, Kontrolle und Nachbearbeitung der Patienten- und Falldaten und der zuständigen Garanten * Einholen und Überwachen von Kostengutsprachen * Erstellen von Kostenvoranschlägen * Erteilen und Einholen von Auskünften und Sicherstellung der rechtzeitigen Informationen an Patienten, Garanten, Kliniken und Ärzte * Verschiedene administrative Arbeiten (schriftlich und telefonisch)

**DEIN PROFIL**

* Kaufmännische Ausbildung sowie gute Kenntnisse des Schweizer Gesundheitswesens * Teamfähigkeit, Sozialkompetenz und Verantwortungsbewusstsein * Hohe Kundenorientierung und Freude am telefonischen Kundenkontakt * Hohe Belastbarkeit und Durchsetzungsvermögen * Stilsicheres Deutsch in Wort und Schrift, Französisch und Englisch von Vorteil
