Für ein etabliertes Unternehmen aus der Immobilienbranche suchen wir zur Verstärkung des Finanzteams eine/n Sachbearbeiter/in Heiznebenkosten & Rechnungswesen 60-100%. Sie unterstützen das Liegenschaftsbuchhaltungsteam in Sachen Heiz- und Nebenkosten und arbeiten in einem kollegialen Umfeld. Die Stelle ist per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung für drei bis fünf Monate zu besetzen. Der Arbeitsort ist zentral in Basel Stadt gelegen und gut mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen.

Ihre Aufgaben beim neuen Arbeitgeber:

  • Buchung und Bereinigung der Heiz- und Nebenkosten
  • Kontrolle und Aufarbeitung bestehender Buchungen und Abrechnungen
  • Unterstützung bei der Vorbereitung und Bearbeitung von Jahresabschlussarbeiten
  • Mitarbeit bei Bedarf in der Debitoren- und Kreditorenbuchhaltung

Sie bieten Ihrem neuen Arbeitgeber:

  • Erste Berufserfahrung in der Immobilienbuchhaltung
  • Erfahrung in der Buchung und Bereinigung von Heiz- und Nebenkosten
  • Gute Kenntnisse in GARAIO REM oder einer vergleichbaren Buchhaltungssoftware sowie sicherer Umgang mit der MS Office-Palette
  • Strukturierte, zuverlässige und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise sowie Freude an der Zusammenarbeit im Team
