Gemeinsam mit Hausärztinnen, Hausärzten und weiteren Partnern gestalten wir die medizinische Grundversorgung aktiv mit. Dabei stehen Zusammenarbeit, Innovation und Qualität im Mittelpunkt unseres Handelns. Zur Verstärkung unseres kleinen Teams suchen wir eine motivierte Persönlichkeit als Sachbearbeiter:in Managed Care & Netzwerkadministration (40%) Deine Aufgaben • Administrative und organisatorische Unterstützung der Geschäftsführung und der medizinischen Leitung • Mitarbeit in der Administration des Managed-Care-Netzwerks sowie Unterstützung bei Vertrags- und Netzwerkadministration • Termingerechte Überweisungsmeldungen sowie Daten- und Informationsaustausch mit Krankenversicherungen • Unterstützung bei Mailings, Drucksachen sowie digitalen Kommunikationsmassnahmen • Organisation und Unterstützung bei Veranstaltungen und Events • Pflege unserer Website und des Intranets • Betreuung und Administration der Qualitätszirkel für Ärztinnen und Ärzte sowie MPA • Allgemeine administrative Aufgaben sowie Bestellwesen Das bringst du mit • Kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation • Berufserfahrung im administrativen Bereich, idealerweise im Gesundheitswesen oder bei einer Krankenkasse • Selbstständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise • Organisationstalent und Freude daran, verschiedene Aufgaben gleichzeitig zu koordinieren • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, eine weitere Kantonssprache ist ein grosses Plus • Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen • Teamgeist, Eigeninitiative und eine dienstleistungsorientierte Persönlichkeit sowie bereit, auch einmal die Extrameile zu gehen Das bieten wir dir • Ein vielseitiges und abwechslungsreiches Aufgabengebiet mit Gestaltungsspielraum • Ein kleines, engagiertes und unkompliziertes Team mit kurzen Entscheidungswegen • Moderne Arbeitsbedingungen und zeitgemässe Anstellungsbedingungen • Einen Arbeitsplatz mitten im Herzen von Chur • Eine sinnstiftende Tätigkeit in einem Unternehmen, das sich für eine starke und zukunftsorientierte Gesundheitsversorgung in Graubünden engagiert Interessiert?
