Für unseren Kunden, ein internationales Unternehmen im Bereich Fitness- und Wellnesslösungen, suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine/einen:  

Sachbearbeiterin / Sachbearbeiter mit Französischkenntnissen 100%

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Sie bearbeiten Kundenaufträge von der Bestellprüfung über die Auftragsbestätigung bis zur Fakturierung
  • Erstellung von Auftragsbestätigungen, Akonto-, Schluss- sowie vereinzelt Exportrechnungen inklusive Exportdokumenten
  • Sie koordinieren Bestellungen bei nationalen und internationalen Lieferanten und überwachen Verfügbarkeiten sowie Liefertermine
  • Prüfung von Kreditorenrechnungen, Überwachung von Kundenzahlungen sowie Bearbeitung von Leasinganfragen in Zusammenarbeit mit externen Partnern
  • Sie pflegen Kunden- und Artikeldaten, bearbeiten Mutationen und unterstützen als Ansprechperson für Salesforce

  Ihr Profil

  • Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Grundausbildung und bringen Erfahrung in der Kreditorenbuchhaltung mit
  • selbständige, exakte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise mit hoher Dienstleistungsorientierung
  • sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, Französisch-, Englisch- und/oder Italienischkenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Sie sind versiert im Umgang mit den MS-Office-Anwendungen und arbeiten sich rasch in neue Systeme wie Salesforce ein
  • teamfähige, motivierte und belastbare Persönlichkeit
