Das können Sie bewegen

  • Administrative Verarbeitung der Geschäfte für unser Klientel in Arbeitsteilung mit den Berufsbeiständinnen und Berufsbeiständen
  • Verbuchung und Gewährleistung des Zahlungsverkehrs des Klientels
  • Führung der Klientenbuchhaltungen und Erstellung von Rechnungsabschlüssen
  • Geltendmachung von Sozialversicherungsansprüchen für unser Klientel
  • Empfangs- und Telefondienst

Was Sie dafür auszeichnet

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Grundausbildung oder gleichwertige Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Buchhaltung
  • Gute Kenntnisse im Bereich der Sozialversicherungen
  • Erfahrung im Kindes- und Erwachsenenschutz (KESB) von Vorteil
  • Ausgeprägtes Zahlenverständnis sowie vernetztes Denkvermögen
  • Hohe Belastbarkeit, Diskretion und Durchhaltevermögen
  • Strukturierte, effiziente und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise mit rascher Auffassungsgabe
  • Hohe Zuverlässigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Organisationsstärke sowie gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten

Ihr Wirkungsfeld Die Amtsbeistandschaft Höfe führt Mandate im Bereich Kindes- und Erwachsenenschutz. Sie gehört zum Amt für Kindes- und Erwachsenenschutz Ausserschwyz, welches Teil der kantonalen Verwaltung des Kantons Schwyz ist. Die Mitglieder des Teams Sachbearbeitung arbeiten eng mit den Berufsbeiständinnen und Berufsbeiständen zusammen (Tandemsystem).
