Unser Kunde ist eine etablierte Organisation im Gesundheits- und Sozialwesen. Sie beschäftigt eine grosse Anzahl Mitarbeitende mit unterschiedlichen Lohnmodellen. Für das Payroll-Team suchen wir eine / einen Sachbearbeiterin / Sachbearbeiter Payroll 80-100% für einen temporären Einsatz von rund vier Monaten als Unterstützung für das Team. Der Stellenantritt ist per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung (schnellstmöglich). Sie arbeiten in einem strukturierten Umfeld mit klaren Abläufen und gegenseitiger Unterstützung. Der Arbeitsort liegt zentral und ist vor allem mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln gut erreichbar.

Ihre Aufgaben beim neuen Arbeitgeber:

  • Im monatlichen Lohnlauf verarbeiten Sie lohnrelevante Mutationen für Mitarbeitende im Stunden- und Monatslohn
  • Stammdaten pflegen Sie sorgfältig und halten diese laufend auf dem aktuellen Stand
  • Vorschüsse, Kinderzulagen, freiwillige Zulagen und Spesen erfassen Sie korrekt im System
  • Im Vier-Augen-Prinzip kontrollieren Sie Lohndaten und unterstützen das Team bei der Qualitätssicherung
  • Bei Bedarf wirken Sie bei Unfall- und Krankentaggeldabrechnungen sowie bei Vorbereitungen für den Jahresabschluss mit
