Wir suchen für das Team Service Desk Fakturierung innerhalb des Service Center Fakturierung Bern eine/n neue/n Sachbearbeiter/in.

DEINE AUFGABEN ##

  • Du gibst Auskünfte bei Anfragen und Rückfragen zu ausgestellten Rechnungen
  • Du bearbeitest Rechnungsbeanstandungen aus dem ambulanten oder stationären Leistungsbereich
  • Weiter holst du Informationen von Leistungserbringern sowie internen Stellen ein (detektivische Abklärungen)
  • Du stornierst und erstellst neue Rechnungen (Refaktura) und überwachst offene Pendenzen
  • Abschliessend stellst du sicher, dass Patientinnen und Patienten, Versicherungen, Kliniken und Ärzte rechtzeitig informiert werden

DEIN PROFIL ##

  • Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung und / oder eine medizinische Grundausbildung absolviert
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in den Bereichen KVG und UVG
  • Berufserfahrung im Gesundheits- oder Versicherungswesen konntest du bereits sammeln
  • Du kennst dich gut mit MS Office aus, Kenntnisse in SAP IS-H, TARMED oder SwissDRG sind von Vorteil
  • Deine Arbeitsweise ist genau und gewissenhaft, du denkst vernetzt, hast eine hohe Sozialkompetenz und bist verantwortungsbewusst
  • Du beherrschst Deutsch mündlich und schriftlich stilsicher (Niveau: Muttersprache), Französisch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift sind von Vorteil
