Im Bereich der Kommunikation:

* Planung, Integration und Realisierung von Werbe- und Kommunikationsaktivitäten für den ganzen Betrieb inklusive Erstellung von Flyern und Koordination von internen Berichten * Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung der Liebegger Webseite und Koordination der Newsletter * Erstellen von Social Media-Beiträgen (Instagram, Facebook) * Unterstützung der Fachmitarbeitenden bei Fragen der Kommunikation

Im Bereich des Kurswesens / Sekretariat:

* Planung, Koordination des halbjährigen Weiterbildungsprogramms * Erfassung und Pflege der Weiterbildungsveranstaltungen im internen System * Führung der Kursadministration (An- und Abmeldungen, Vorbereitung von Kursunterlagen) * Erstellung von Kursabrechnungen und Kursstatistiken * Auskunftserteilung und Sicherstellung des Telefon- und Schalterdienstes innerhalb des Sekretariatsteams

**Was Sie mitbringen:**

* Sie sind ein KV-Profi und können auf einschlägige Erfahrungen im Aufgabengebiet zurückgreifen * Im mündlichen und schriftlichen Ausdruck sind Sie routiniert und gewandt * Sie haben Erfahrung in der Betreuung einer Webseite und der Verwaltung eines CMS-Systems * InDesign und Kommunikation mit Social Media sind Ihnen nicht fremd * Sie verfügen über eine effiziente, exakte Arbeitsweise und bringen ein hohes Mass an Eigenverantwortung, Zuverlässigkeit und Flexibilität mit * Wenn Sie einen Bezug zur Land-, Haus- und Ernährungswirtschaft haben, ist dies von Vorteil
