Zur Verstärkung unseres kleinen, engagierten Teams suchen wir eine offene und lernfreudige Persönlichkeit für unseren Verkaufsinnendienst. Bei uns erhältst du die Möglichkeit, unser vielseitiges Sortiment und die professionelle Kundenberatung von Grund auf kennenzulernen und dich – je nach Erfahrung und Persönlichkeit – in Richtung Beratung und Verkauf weiterzuentwickeln.

Deine Aufgaben: • Telefonische und schriftliche Betreuung unserer Kundschaft • Erstellen und Bearbeiten von Offerten und Aufträgen • Koordination und Begleitung von Kundenaufträgen • Bestellungen bei Lieferanten im In- und Ausland • Unterstützung unserer erfahrenen Verkaufsberater • Pflege von Produkt-, Preis- und Artikeldaten • Mitarbeit bei der Gestaltung und Pflege unserer Ausstellung

Mit zunehmender Erfahrung übernimmst du eigene Beratungen und Kundenprojekte und entwickelst dich weiter in den Verkauf.

Das bringst du mit: • Kaufmännische Grundausbildung oder Handelsschule • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse; weitere Sprachen sind von Vorteil • Sicherer Umgang mit IT und digitalen Arbeitsmitteln • Freude am Kundenkontakt und an einer dienstleistungsorientierten Arbeitsweise • Interesse an Materialien, Gestaltung und baunahen Themen • Strukturierte, zuverlässige und selbständige Arbeitsweise • Offenheit, Begeisterungsfähigkeit und eine ausgeprägte Bereitschaft, Neues zu lernen

Erfahrung mit Keramik, Parkett, Naturstein oder vergleichbaren Produkten ist keine Voraussetzung. Entscheidend sind für uns deine Neugier, dein Engagement und dein Wunsch, dich fachlich weiterzuentwickeln.
