sachbearbeiterin verkaufsinnendienst, 80-100% (w/m/d)

aufgaben

  • sie übernehmen die telefonische und schriftliche kundenberatung selbständig
  • zudem koordinieren sie die anfragen mit verkaufsberatern, servicetechnikern und projektleitern
  • sie wickeln die aufträge von a-z ab und koordinieren termine mit kunden sowie lieferanten
  • auch die reklamationsabwicklung sowie die lagerbestandeskontrolle gehören in ihr anspruchsvolles aufgabengebiet
  • das arbeitspensum kann, je nach wunsch, zwischen 80 und 100% betragen

anforderungen

  • sie verfügen über eine ausbildung als kauffrau / kaufmann oder technische kauffrau / technischer kaufmann respektive gleichwertig
  • gute englischkenntnisse sind wichtig, französisch ist von vorteil
  • mehrjährige erfahrung in obigen aufgaben ist ebenfalls wichtig
  • sie sind bereit, auch einmal andere standorte des unternehmens zu besuchen
  • beschreiben sie sich als kundenorientiert, kommunikativ, kooperativ und selbständig?
