Ihre Aufgaben

  • Bearbeitung und Versand von Berichtsanfragen sowie Rechnungsrückweisungen von Versicherungen
  • Zentrale Ansprechperson für das Rückweisungsmanagement im stationären und ambulanten Bereich
  • Mitarbeit bei der Optimierung der ärztlichen und pflegerischen Dokumentation hinsichtlich Vollständigkeit
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Medizinischen Kodierung
  • Schnittstellenfunktion zwischen Ärzteschaft, Pflege, Medizinischer Kodierung, Versicherungen und Kanton
  • Klärung und Bearbeitung von komplexen administrativen und medizinischen Sachverhalten
  • Aktive Mitwirkung an der Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen innerhalb der KSA Gruppe

Ihr Profil

  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einem Akutspital in einem medizinischen Beruf, z. B. Pflege, MPA oder Arztsekretariat
  • Berufserfahrung in einer Krankenversicherung von Vorteil
  • Selbstständige, eigenverantwortliche, strukturierte und exakte Arbeitsweise
  • Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte rasch zu erfassen und zu beurteilen
  • Hohe Integrität und Sozialkompetenz
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
  • Gute Kenntnisse der gängigen Klinikinformationssysteme
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Schnittstellenkompetenz
  • Interesse an der aktiven Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen und Strukturen
