Die Arca-Personal AG ist spezialisiert auf die Vermittlung und Verleih von qualifizierten Fachkräften in der Schweiz. Für unseren Kunden suchen wir einen engagierten Sachbearbeiter für die Abteilung Beiträge und Zulagen. In dieser spannenden Position sind Sie in einem abwechslungsreichen Umfeld tätig. Wir suchen eine selbstständige Persönlichkeit mit einer ausgeprägten Kundenorientierung.

Region : Raum Bern Anstellungsart : Festanstellung Pensum: 100 %

Deine Aufgaben

  • Selbstständige Abwicklung aller täglichen Aufgaben in der Beitragsabteilung, einschließlich Mitgliederregister und Beitragswesen für unterschiedliche Erwerbsgruppen sowie internationale Vereinbarungen.
  • Gewährleistung der ordnungsgemässen Bearbeitung und rechtzeitigen Auszahlung von Elternentschädigungen, Erwerbsersatz und Familienzulagen.
  • Bearbeitung komplexer Fälle und Gewährleistung der Einhaltung gesetzlicher Vorgaben.
  • Telefonische und schriftliche Beratung von Kunden auf Deutsch und Italienisch sowie Klärung von Anfragen mit Behörden und Sozialversicherungen.
  • Aktive Teilnahme an Projekten und der Unterstützung von Veränderungsprozessen.

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Grundausbildung (Profil E/M) mit mindestens 5 Jahren Berufserfahrung, idealerweise im Bereich Sozialversicherungen, oder Interesse an einer entsprechenden Weiterbildung.
  • Stilsichere Ausdrucksweise in deutsch und idealerweise Kenntnisse in einer weiteren Landessprache (Italienisch oder Französisch).
  • Hohe Kunden- und Dienstleistungsorientierung, Teamfähigkeit sowie Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Offenheit.
