About Our Client ##

Für unsere Kunden (KMU in der Herstellerindustrie) im Raum Zürich, Zug und Aargau suchen wir eine Einkaufsunterstützung (d/m/w) mit Start ab sofort in einer befristeten Anstellung. Verlängerung ist möglich.

Job Description ##

Die Aufgaben umfassen:

  • Administrative und operative Unterstützung des Einkaufs.
  • Koordination von Lieferanten-Onboarding-Aktivitäten, Pflege von Lieferantenstammdaten sowie Verwaltung von Vertragsprozessen
  • Unterstützung bei Procurement-Reporting, Lieferanten-KPIs Tracking, Compliance-Überwachung und Audit-Vorbereitungen.
  • Unterstützung bei Beschaffungstransaktionen, Preisaktualisierungen, Aktivitäten im Zusammenhang mit Bestellanforderungen und Bestellungen sowie bei der Klärung von Rechnungsabweichungen.
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Bereichen Procurement, Finanzen, Operations, Qualität, Forschung & Entwicklung sowie mit Lieferanten zur Sicherstellung effizienter Geschäftsprozesse.
  • Unterstützung der Sourcing-Teams durch Marktanalysen, Warengruppenanalysen (Category Analysis), Risikomanagement und Lieferanteninformationsmanagement

The Successful Applicant ##

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft, Supply Chain, Einkauf oder vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Erste Berufserfahrung im operativen Einkauf.
  • Gute Kenntnisse von Beschaffungsprozessen sowie Verständnis für Lieferanten-, Vertrags- und Stammdatenmanagement.
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit ERP-Systemen (insbesondere SAP MM) und den gängigen Microsoft-Office-Anwendungen, wie Excel.
  • Strukturierte und präzise Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägte Organisationsfähigkeit.
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; Französischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil.
