Die IT3 ist ein innovatives Dienstleistungsunternehmen im Bereich Immobilien und Treuhand in Schaffhausen, St. Gallen und Zürich. Wir arbeiten unkompliziert, direkt und auf Augenhöhe.

Für unseren Standort in Schaffhausen suchen wir eine Persönlichkeit, die gerne mit Zahlen arbeitet, selbstständig Aufgaben übernimmt und unser Treuhandteam im Tagesgeschäft tatkräftig unterstützt.

Deine Aufgaben – vielseitig, selbstständig und mit Verantwortung:

  • Du führst deine Finanzbuchhaltungen selbstständig
  • Du erstellst MWST\-Abrechnungen sowie Zwischen\- und Jahresabschlüsse
  • Du unterstützst bei Steuererklärungen für natürliche und juristische Personen
  • Du erstellst Budgets und Liquiditätsplanungen und behältst die Zahlen im Blick
  • Du arbeitest eng mit der Mandatsleitung zusammen und unterstützst sie bei der zuverlässigen Betreuung der Mandate

Das bringst du mit – fachlich und persönlich:

  • Kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise mit Erfahrung im Treuhand oder Rechnungswesen
  • Fachspezifische Weiterbildung oder Lust, den nächsten Schritt zu machen
  • Exakte, selbstständige und effiziente Arbeitsweise
  • Zahlenflair und Freude an abwechslungsreichen Mandaten
  • Offenheit, Flexibilität und ein gutes Gespür für Zahlen
