Hauptaufgaben

  • Sicherstellen einer reibungslosen Verkaufsadministration – von der Angebotserstellung bis zur Auftragsabwicklung für unsere Kundschaft in Central \& Southeastern Europe
  • Erstellen von Angeboten, Bearbeiten von Kundenaufträgen und Pflegen von Kundenstammdaten im Abacus sowie Sicherstellen einer hohe Datenqualität
  • Koordinieren von Lieferterminen, Verfolgen von Aufträgen und proaktives Informieren der Kund:innen über Änderungen
  • Klären von einfachen technischen Fragen und als Schnittstelle agieren zwischen Kundschaft, internen Fachbereichen und Aussenstellen
  • Effizientes Nutzen des ERP\-Systems sowie aktives Einbringen in Prozess\- und Datenoptimierungen

Profil

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Technisches Interesse und idealerweise Erfahrung in einem Industrieunternehmen
  • Sehr gute Deutsch\- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; weitere Sprachkenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und ERP\-Systemen; Abacus\-Kenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Kundenorientierte, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise sowie Freude an der Zusammenarbeit im Team
