In unserem Unternehmensbereich «Corporate Functions» sind verschiedene Tätigkeiten gebündelt. Neben unseren Finance- und IT-Services sind in diesem Bereich auch das globale Marketing und Sales Management sowie Human Resources angesiedelt. Das erwartet dich #####

  • Du koordinierst die saisonalen Bestellungen
  • Du analysierst historische Daten und leitest darauf relevante Erkenntnisse für die saisonale Mengenplanung ab
  • Du begleitest die Mengenplanung von Neulancierungen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Marketing
  • Du erstellst und pflegst die kurz- und langfristige Bedarfsplanung (Forecast)
  • Du kommunizierst bereichs- und länderübergreifend
  • Du bereitest KPI-Reports auf und erstellst diese eigenständig
  • Du übernimmst teaminterne Stellvertretungen

Das bringst du mit #####

  • Du verfügst über eine kaufmännische Ausbildung mit einer fachspezifischen Weiterbildung (z.B. im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft, Supply Chain oder Planung) oder über einen Abschluss einer Fachhochschule bzw. einer vergleichbaren höheren Fachausbildung
  • Du bringst Erfahrung in der Bedarfsplanung, Disposition, Beschaffung oder einem vergleichbaren analytischen Bereich mit
  • Du verfügst über ein ausgeprägtes Zahlenverständnis und analytisches Denkvermögen
  • Du bist sehr versiert im Umgang mit Microsoft Excel; Kenntnisse in Power Tools (z. B. Power Query / Power Pivot) sind von Vorteil
  • Du verfügst über Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen, idealerweise mit CEE
  • Du kommunizierst sicher auf Deutsch und Englisch
  • Du zeichnest dich durch Qualitätsbewusstsein und Verantwortungsgefühl aus
  • Du arbeitest selbstständig, flexibel, teamorientiert und engagiert
