Um unsere Erfolgsgeschichte weiterzuschreiben, suchen wir eine ambitionierte Persönlichkeit, die Sales-Drive mit Organisationstalent verbindet. 

DEINE AUFGABEN:

  • Verkauf & Kundenbetreuung: Du fasst bestehende Offerten aktiv nach, betreust Werbe- und Mediaagenturen sowie Direktkunden und erkennst Verkaufspotenziale. 
  • Projektmanagement: Von der Angebotserstellung über die Sujet-Abklärung bis hin zur Begleitung des Druck- und Montageprozesses behältst du den Überblick. 
  • Schnittstellenfunktion: Du arbeitest eng mit der Geschäftsleitung und dem Innendienst zusammen und sorgst für reibungslose Abläufe von A bis Z. 
  • Prozessoptimierung: Du bringst eigene Ideen ein, um unsere Verkaufs- und Projektabläufe noch effizienter zu gestalten. 

DAS BRINGST DU MIT:

  • Erfahrung: Kaufmännische Grundausbildung sowie 2-3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Sales Innendienst, Marketing oder Projektmanagement (Erfahrung in Werbe-/Medienbranche von Vorteil). 
  • Sales-Drive: Du hast Freude am Kundenkontakt, keine Scheu vor dem Telefon und den Willen, Abschlüsse zu erzielen. 
  • Organisationsstärke: Du arbeitest exakt, denkst lösungsorientiert und behältst auch in hektischen Phasen den kühlen Kopf. 
  • Tools & Sprachen: Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office (Erfahrung mit Bexio von Vorteil); sehr gutes Deutsch in Wort und Schrift.
