Assistant Commercial (h/f/d) #

En tant qu'Assistant Commercial (h/f/d), vous soutenez nos équipes de vente en Suisse et en Israël sur le site de Kemptthal et assurez un suivi administratif fiable de nos clients. Vous prenez la responsabilité du traitement fluide des demandes clients entrantes et des projets, et vous assistez l'ensemble de l'équipe commerciale dans diverses tâches opérationnelles et administratives.

En raison d'un congé maternité, nous recherchons à partir de novembre 2026, pour une durée déterminée jusqu'à fin juin 2027, un membre d'équipe engagé.

Dans ce poste passionnant et polyvalent, vous allez :

  • Être le point central entre divers intervenants tels que R&D, Pricing, Regulatory pour traiter de manière autonome les demandes clients (principalement des fabricants d'aliments et de boissons)
  • Prendre en charge la gestion des offres, la coordination des échantillonnages et la documentation générale des produits
  • Assurer une expérience client exceptionnelle grâce à l'entretien des relations clients
  • Soutenir l'équipe commerciale (Suisse et Israël) de manière professionnelle et autonome dans toutes les affaires administratives
  • Coordonner diverses réunions et aider dans le quotidien

 

Votre profil professionnel :

  • Plusieurs années d'expérience dans une fonction similaire, idéalement dans l'industrie alimentaire ou un secteur connexe
  • Maîtrise courante de l'allemand et de l'anglais (à l'oral et à l'écrit)
  • Expertise dans l'utilisation de MS Office, idéalement aussi avec SAP et Salesforce
  • Méthode de travail flexible, résistante et autonome
  • Excellentes compétences en communication ainsi qu'une forte orientation client et service
  • Méthode de travail structurée avec une pensée et une action entrepreneuriales et coordonnées
