Job description ##

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Aktive Beratung und Verkauf unserer Produkte im Store (Swatch und Flik Flak)
  • Sicherstellung eines herzlichen Empfangs sowie eines zuvorkommenden Kundenservices
  • Attraktive Präsentation unserer Produkte im Store gemäss den visuellen Vorgaben
  • Verantwortung für die korrekte Bedienung und Abrechnung an der Kasse
  • Durchführung kleiner Servicearbeiten wie Batteriewechsel und Anpassungen von Uhrenarmbändern
  • Sicherstellung eines gepflegten und einladenden Erscheinungsbilds des Stores
  • Entgegennahme von Lieferungen sowie Unterstützung bei der Warenbewirtschaftung

Profile ##

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Detailhandel oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung im Verkauf, idealerweise im Bereich Uhren, Schmuck oder Lifestyle-Produkte
  • Ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung sowie Freude am aktiven Verkauf
  • Flexibilität hinsichtlich Einsatzzeiten, insbesondere an Wochenenden, bei 7-Tage-Betrieb

Wir suchen eine:n engagierte:n und erfahrene:n, mehrsprachige:n Sales Associate, welche:r sich in einem dynamischen, internationalen Arbeitsumfeld mit grosser Flexibilität, Belastbarkeit und Eigenverantwortung wohlfühlt.

Als Sales Associate bist du Teil unseres internationalen Teams, das exzellenten Kundenservice bietet, den Verkauf fördert und zum Erfolg unserer Swatch Stores beiträgt. Werde Teil unseres Teams und repräsentiere die Marke mit Begeisterung, Produktwissen und einer starken Kundenorientierung.

Languages ##

Sehr gute Deutsch\- und Französischkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse, weitere Sprachen sind von Vorteil
