Pour notre magasin SWATCH à Biel/Bienne, nous recherchons dès maintenant ou selon accord une ou deux personnes motivées, engagées et flexibles

ASSOCIÉ(E) DE VENTE 80%

Description du poste

Vos tâches :

  • Conseil actif et vente de nos produits en magasin (Swatch et Flik Flak)
  • Assurer un accueil chaleureux ainsi qu'un service client attentionné
  • Présentation attractive de nos produits en magasin selon les directives visuelles
  • Responsabilité du bon fonctionnement et de la gestion de la caisse
  • Réalisation de petits travaux de service tels que le changement de piles et l'ajustement des bracelets de montres
  • Assurer une apparence soignée et accueillante du magasin
  • Réception des livraisons et soutien à la gestion des marchandises

Profil

  • Formation achevée dans le commerce de détail ou qualification équivalente
  • Expérience en vente, idéalement dans le domaine des montres, bijoux ou produits lifestyle
  • Orientation client prononcée et plaisir à la vente active
  • Flexibilité concernant les horaires, notamment les week-ends, dans un fonctionnement 7 jours sur 7

Exigences professionnelles

Nous recherchons une personne engagée et expérimentée, multilingue, qui se sent à l'aise dans un environnement de travail dynamique et international avec une grande flexibilité, résistance au stress et autonomie.

En tant qu'associé(e) de vente, vous faites partie de notre équipe internationale qui offre un excellent service client, favorise la vente et contribue au succès de nos magasins Swatch. Rejoignez notre équipe et représentez la marque avec enthousiasme, connaissance des produits et forte orientation client.

Langues

Très bonnes connaissances en allemand et français ainsi que bonnes connaissances en anglais, d'autres langues sont un atout
