Sales Associate (m/w/d) (70?100%)

Du liebst den aktiven Kundenkontakt, hast ein natürliches Verkaufstalent und begeisterst internationale Gäste mit deiner freundlichen Art? Für unseren Kunden am Flughafen Zürich suchen wir motivierte Verkaufstalente, die Freude am Zusatzverkauf und exzellentem Service haben.

Das sind deine Aufgaben:

  • Aktive Beratung und Betreuung von internationalen Kundinnen und Kunden
  • Erreichen von Verkaufszielen durch gezielte Produktberatung
  • Anwenden von Verkaufsstärken (Zusatzverkäufe wie Cross- & Up-Selling)
  • Attraktive Präsentation der Premium-Produkte (Schokolade, Spirituosen, Zigarren)
  • Sicherstellen von Ordnung und Sauberkeit im Store

Qualifikationen

Das bringst du mit:

  • Erfahrung im Verkauf ist zwingend erforderlich
  • Sprachen: Sehr gutes Englisch (zwingend) sowie Deutsch (mindestens Niveau B2 mündlich)
  • Starke Kompetenz in der aktiven Kundenansprache und im Zusatzverkauf
  • Flexibilität: Bereitschaft zu Schichtarbeit (Einsatzzeiten täglich zwischen 05:00 und 23:15 Uhr, inkl. Wochenenden/Feiertagen)
  • Gepflegtes, professionelles Auftreten und Freude am Umgang mit internationalen Gästen
  • Du bist ein zuverlässiger Teamplayer\*in und bringst dich gerne in ein dynamisches und multikulturelles Arbeitsumfeld ein.
