Sales Back Office Agent "Kehrmaschinen" 100 % Die Aebi Group sucht für unser DACH Sales Operations Team am Standort CH\-Burgdorf eine:n Sales Back Office Agent "Kehrmaschinen" \-100% \- (m/w) Deine Aufgaben mit Fokus auf Kehrmaschinen: End\-to\-End\-Management von Kundenaufträgen, angefangen von der Angebotserstellung über die Auftragserfassung bis hin zur Lieferung und Rechnungsstellung in Abstimmung mit dem jeweiligen Verkaufsaussendienst Technische Ausarbeitung von komplexen Beschaffungsausschreibungen kommunaler Kunden in enger Abstimmung mit Verkauf und Werken Sicherstellung einer reibungslosen Auftragsabwicklung als Schnittstelle zwischen Vertriebsabteilung, Produktionswerken und Spediteuren Kommunikation mit Kunden, Logistikpartnern und internen Stakeholdern bezüglich Versandplänen, Abholterminen und Transportvereinbarungen Überwachung und Aktualisierung des Versand\- und Auftragsstatus im SAP\-System gemäss den vereinbarten Bedingungen Sicherstellung der vollständigen Einhaltung der internen Prozessanforderungen Unterstützung bei Verwaltungsprozessen im Zusammenhang mit dem inländischen Verkaufsorganisationen (LSOs) Dein Hintergrund: Du verfügst über eine technische Ausbildung aus der Land\- oder Baumaschinenbranche und bringst erste Berufserfahrung im Vertrieb im Zusammenhang mit kommunalen Beschaffungsprozessen mit Du beherrschst Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift mind.
