Für unseren Bereich Industrial suchen wir für die Deutschschweiz per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung einen dynamischen und erfolgsorientierten

Sales Coding 80% – 100%

Deine Aufgaben

  • Verantwortung für den Verkauf von Coding\-Produkten und \-Lösungen in der Ostschweiz
  • Aktive Neukundenakquise sowie Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung bestehender Kunden
  • Analyse von Kundenbedürfnissen und Erarbeitung passender Lösungen
  • Erstellung von Angeboten sowie selbstständige Verhandlungsführung bis zum Abschluss
  • Planung und Umsetzung von Verkaufsaktivitäten im eigenen Gebiet
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachbereichen ( Technik, Innendienst)
  • Identifikation und Nutzung von Cross\-Selling\-Potenzialen innerhalb unseres Produktportfolios
  • Aktiver Beitrag zum Wachstum und zur Weiterentwicklung der Abteilung

Das bringst du mit

  • Technische Grundausbildung oder ausgeprägtes technisches Verständnis
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Verkauf Aussendienst, idealerweise von Investitionsgütern im industriellen Umfeld
  • Freude an der Neukundengewinnung und eine gute Abschlussquote
  • Organisationstalent mit strukturierter, planvoller Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikations\- und Präsentations\-Stärke mit hohem Verhandlungsgeschick
  • Fähigkeit tragfähige Partnerschaften aufzubauen
  • Teamorientierte, initiative und zuverlässige Persönlichkeit
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und sicherer Umgang mit Schweizerdeutsch sowie gute Englischkenntnisse (mind. B2\)
