- Proaktives Zugehen auf Kunden mit Wärme und Herzlichkeit, so dass sich die Kunden - auch die Wartenden - im Shop willkommen und wahrgenommen fühlen- - Kompetentes Beraten in allen Produkten/Services mit dem Ziel, effiziente und unkomplizierte Lösungen zu finden, Kundenbedürfnisse zu erkennen und zu übertreffen. - Präsentation des Shops als Erlebniswelt: Präsentieren der Geräte und Dienstleistungen gemäss Vorgaben aus Marketing und Touchpoint Design, so dass diese attraktiv inszeniert und für Kunden erlebbar sind. - Entwickeln von Ideen aus dem Tagesgeschäft heraus für die Mitgestaltung des Shops. - Prüfen neuer Lieferungen hinsichtlich Qualität, Menge, Zeit. Korrekte Aufbereitung von Waren für den Rückschub zum Verteilungszentrum. - Entgegennehmen von reparierten Geräten und Vorbereitung der Aushändigung an den Kunden inkl. Information bzgl. Abholbereitschaft. - Mitwirken bei Inventur.

**Wir erwarten:**

- Freude am Kundenkontakt und Interesse an der gewählten Branche. - Grundkenntnisse von Office-, Apple- und Android Produkten. - Sympathisches Auftreten sowie Kommunikative Fähigkeiten -- verbal/non verbal. - Leidenschaftliche\*r Teamplayer\*in mit einwandfreiem Leumund. - Erfahrung in der Telekommunikations- oder Consumer Electronic Branche von grossem Vorteil.
