Job Description ##

  • Verantwortung für die Weiterentwicklung des Geschäfts
  • Akquisition von Neugeschäft sowie Ausbau und Betreuung bestehender Kundenbeziehungen im B2B- und B2G-Umfeld
  • Verkauf komplexer, erklärungsbedürftiger System- und Integrationslösungen mit langen Sales Cycles
  • Entwicklung von Vertriebsstrategien in enger Abstimmung mit dem Management und internationalen Stakeholdern
  • Verantwortung für Angebotsprozesse, Vertragsverhandlungen und Forecasting
  • Führung und Weiterentwicklung eines internationalen Vertriebsteams
  • Regelmässige internationale Reisen zu Kunden, Partnern und Projekten (ca. 30 %)

The Successful Applicant ##

  • Mehrjährige Vertriebserfahrung im Defence-, Sicherheits-, Aerospace- oder Behördenumfeld
  • Nachweisbare Erfolge im Vertrieb komplexer Systemlösungen mit langen Sales Cycles
  • Erfahrung in B2G-Verkaufsprozessen von grossem Vorteil
  • Militärischer Hintergrund oder Erfahrung in Streitkräften, Sicherheitsbehörden oder verteidigungsnahen Organisationen
  • Bestehendes Netzwerk innerhalb der Defence- und Sicherheitsbranche
  • Führungserfahrung als Team Lead, Head of Sales oder in einer vergleichbaren Führungsrolle
  • Sehr gutes Verständnis für öffentliche Beschaffungsprozesse und institutionelle Entscheidungsstrukturen
  • Strategische Denkweise kombiniert mit hoher Umsetzungsstärke
  • Ausgeprägte Verhandlungs-, Präsentations- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Internationale Reisebereitschaft (ca. 30 %)
