Job Description ##

  • Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung langfristiger Kundenbeziehungen in der Baubranche
  • Aktive Akquisition von Neukunden sowie Betreuung bestehender Kunden
  • Identifikation neuer Markt- und Geschäftspotenziale
  • Beratung von Kunden und Entwicklung passender Lösungen gemeinsam mit internen Fachbereichen
  • Durchführung von Kundenbesuchen, Präsentationen und Verhandlungen
  • Erstellung von Angeboten und Begleitung des Verkaufsprozesses - vom Erstkontakt bis zum Vertragsabschluss
  • Beobachtung von Markt- und Branchentrends sowie Ableitung entsprechender Vertriebsaktivitäten
  • Pflege und Aktualisierung der Kundendaten sowie systematische Nutzung des CRM
  • Erreichung der vereinbarten Umsatz- und Vertriebsziele

The Successful Applicant ##

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Vertrieb, idealerweise in der Bau-, Immobilien- oder Baunebenbranche
  • Ausgeprägtes Verständnis für Kundenbedürfnisse und wirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge
  • Überzeugendes Auftreten, hohe Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Verhandlungsgeschick
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Freude an der Neukundenakquise und am Aufbau langfristiger Geschäftsbeziehungen
  • Unternehmerisches Denken und hohe Eigeninitiative
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse; gute Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Gute Kenntnisse der MS-Office-Anwendungen und idealerweise Erfahrung mit einem CRM-System
  • Führerausweis Kategorie B von Vorteil
