Job Description ##

  • Betreuung und Ausbau bestehender Kundenbeziehungen im Bereich Ophthalmologie
  • Aktive Gewinnung von Neukunden sowie systematischer Ausbau des Vertriebsgebiets
  • Beratung von Spitälern, Augenkliniken, Fachärzten und weiteren medizinischen Institutionen
  • Verkauf und Präsentation von Investitionsgütern und medizintechnischen Lösungen
  • Durchführung von Produktpräsentationen, Demonstrationen und Verkaufsgesprächen
  • Begleitung von Kundenprojekten von der Bedarfsermittlung über die Offertphase bis zum erfolgreichen Abschluss
  • Aufbau und Pflege langfristiger Beziehungen zu Entscheidungsträgern und Key Accounts
  • Beobachtung von Markt-, Kunden- und Wettbewerbsentwicklungen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachbereichen sowie Hersteller- und Vertriebspartnern
  • Teilnahme an Kongressen, Fachmessen und weiteren Branchenveranstaltungen
  • Verantwortung für Umsatz- und Ergebnisziele im eigenen Verkaufsgebiet

The Successful Applicant ##

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Verkauf von Investitionsgütern in der Medizinaltechnik
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung im Bereich Ophthalmologie oder in einem vergleichbaren medizinischen Fachgebiet
  • Nachweisbare Erfolge im beratungsintensiven B2B-Vertrieb
  • Ausgeprägtes Verständnis für komplexe Verkaufsprozesse und Investitionsentscheidungen
  • Professionelles und überzeugendes Auftreten gegenüber medizinischen Fachpersonen und Entscheidungsträgern
  • Hohe Eigenmotivation, ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung und unternehmerisches Denken
  • Verhandlungsgeschick sowie eine konsequente Abschlussorientierung
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Bereitschaft zu regelmässiger Reisetätigkeit innerhalb der Schweiz
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse; gute Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Führerausweis Kat. B
