Aufgrund interner Mobilität suchen wir weitere Unterstützung für unser dynamisches Team der Schweizer Niederlassung und rekrutieren hierfür einen Sales Representative Lysates. In Ihrer Verkaufsregion (BS/BE/SO/OberVS) sind Sie für die Vermarktung der Rx Produkte von OM Pharma im Bereich Bacterial Lysates verantwortlich. Sie berichten direkt an den Head of Business Unit Bacterial Lysates und arbeiten in einem Team von fünf Personen. Ihre Aufgaben sind die folgende:

  • Besuche und Beratung von Pädiatern, HNO-Ärztes, Gynäkologen und Urologen
  • Aufbau und Betreuung von Opinion Leaders
  • Erreichen der vorgegebenen Umsatzziele
  • Regelmässige Analyse der Gebietsverkaufsdaten, Definition und Implementierung der geeigneten Massnahmen
  • Kontinuierliche Markt- und Mitbewerberbeobachtung  
  • Organisation und Durchführung von Veranstaltungen und Round-Tables
  • Teilnahme an nationalen Kongressen, an Sales-Meetings und Aussendienstschulungen

Diese Position ist zu 100 % im Außendienst angesiedelt. Um diese Tätigkeit erfolgreich auszuüben, verfügen Sie über folgendes Profil:

  • Paramedizinische Ausbildung (z. B. Drogist/in oder Pflegefachperson) oder Ausbildung im medizinischen, pharmazeutischen oder biologischen Bereich; SHQA-Diplom von Vorteil
  • Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung im pharmazeutischen Aussendienst, sowie sehr gute Kenntnisse des Schweizer Gesundheitssystems
  • Ausgezeichnete Verhandlungs- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
  • Professioneller Umgang mit CRM-Systemen und MS-Office
  • Muttersprache Deutsch / Schweizerdeutsch; gute Französisch und/oder Englischkenntnisse sind ein Plus
  • Führerausweis sowie Wohnsitz in der betreuten Region
