Die AïA – House of Aesthetics ist eine moderne Ästhetikpraxis, spezialisiert auf nicht\-invasive Behandlungen für Gesicht und Körper.

Unsere Arbeit geht über einzelne Behandlungen hinaus. Wir entwickeln individuelle Behandlungskonzepte, die verschiedene Methoden und Technologien miteinander verbinden – mit persönlicher Begleitung und dem Fokus auf sichtbare und nachhaltige Ergebnisse.

Wir sind ein wachsendes Unternehmen und suchen eine Persönlichkeit mit starkem Verkaufstalent, die gerne mit Menschen spricht, Eigeninitiative zeigt und ein Verkaufsgespräch vom ersten Kontakt bis zum Abschluss sicher führen kann.

Erfahrung in der Ästhetik ist nicht erforderlich. Für diese Position suchen wir vor allem jemanden, der verkaufen kann, kommunikativ und lösungsorientiert ist und gerne mit Zielen und Ergebnissen arbeitet.

Deine Aufgaben --------------

  • Verantwortung für den gesamten Verkaufsprozess – vom ersten Kontakt bis zum Abschluss
  • Kontaktaufnahme mit neuen Interessentinnen per Telefon, Nachricht und über digitale Kanäle
  • Erkennen und Verstehen der individuellen Bedürfnisse und Ziele unserer Kundinnen
  • Überzeugende und verständliche Präsentation unserer Behandlungen und AïA\-Konzepte
  • Führung von Verkaufs\- und Beratungsgesprächen mit klarem Fokus auf den Abschluss
  • Professioneller Umgang mit Fragen und Einwänden im Entscheidungsprozess
  • Konsequentes Follow\-up mit potenziellen Kundinnen
  • Erstellung von Angeboten und Begleitung der Kundinnen bis zum Verkaufsabschluss
  • Aktive Betreuung der eigenen Verkaufschancen und Ergebnisse
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Kundenbetreuungs\- und Behandlungsteam

Von Vorteil -----------

  • Erfahrung im Verkauf

  • Erfahrung in den Bereichen Ästhetik, Beauty, Gesundheit oder Wellness
