Sanitär\- oder Heizungsinstallateur oder Instandhaltungsfachmann/\-Frau FA 100% --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Diese Aufgaben warten auf Sie -----------------------------

  • Durchführung von Unterhalts\-, Kontroll\- und Instandhaltungsarbeiten an HLK\-Anlagen sowie weiteren haustechnischen Anlagen.
  • Sicherstellung eines störungsarmen und sicheren Betriebs der HLK\- und haustechnischen Anlagen.
  • Gewährleistung der fachgerechten Ausführung von Reparatur\- und Instandhaltungsarbeiten.
  • Behebung von Störungen an Heizungs\-, Lüftungs\-, Klima\-, Sanitär\- und gebäudetechnischen Anlagen im Rahmen der betrieblichen Möglichkeiten.
  • Kontrolle, Pflege und Wartung von Anlagen, Geräten, Werkzeugen und Messinstrumenten.
  • Mitverantwortung für Hygiene, Betriebssicherheit und Funktionsfähigkeit der Anlagen.
  • Überwachung von Wasseraufbereitung und Wasserqualität inkl. Durchführung der entsprechenden Kontrollen.
  • Unterstützung bei Reparaturen, kleineren baulichen Arbeiten und technischen Anpassungen.
  • Mitarbeit in Projekten und bei technischen Optimierungen.
  • Unterstützung bei Pikett\- und Bereitschaftsdiensten.
  • Mithilfe bei der Abfallentsorgung, Winterdienst und allgemeinen Arbeiten im gesamten Areal.
  • Sicherstellung und Pflege der technischen Dokumentation sowie Meldung relevanter Mängel und Verbesserungen.
  • Einbringen von Verbesserungsvorschlägen zur Optimierung von Betriebsabläufen, Energieeffizienz und Anlagenverfügbarkeit.
  • Mithilfe und Instandhaltung bei der Wasserversorgung Axenfels

Das bringen Sie mit -------------------

  • Abgeschlossene handwerkliche Ausbildung
  • 2\-3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Position
  • Kommunikative und teamfähige Persönlichkeit
  • Erarbeitung und Einbringen von Verbesserungsvorschlägen.
  • Organisierte und selbstständige Ausführung der übertragenen technischen Arbeiten im definierten Verantwortungsbereich.
  • Flexibilität und Bereitschaft für Pikettdienst
  • Bereitschaft für mögliche Einsätze an Wochenenden und Feiertagen
