Dazu bieten wir 148 Wohnplätze in verschiedenen Wohnformen sowie 175 Arbeitsplätze in Werkstätten und einem Dienstleistungsbetrieb an. Zudem stehen 90 Plätze in der Tagesstätte zur Verfügung. Für unseren Standort Graswinkel in Kloten suchen wir zur Verstärkung unseres Infrastrukturteams per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine erfahrene SANITÄRFACHPERSON IN DER HAUSWARTUNG 100% Dein Aufgabenbereich Planung und Durchführung von Instandhaltungsarbeiten an HLKSE\-Anlagen und allgemeinen Unterhaltsarbeiten Betrieb des hauseigenen Therapiebads Regelmässiger Pikettdienst Begleiten externer Dienstleistenden Mitverantwortlich für das Alarmsystem und das Schliesswesen Aushilfe im internen Fahrdienst (Personen\- und Materialtransporte) Mithilfe bei Anlässen Das bringst du mit Ausbildung und fundierte Kenntnisse im Sanitärbereich, idealerweise mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung Kenntnisse in der Schwimmbadtechnik von Vorteil Weiterbildung als Hauswart mit eidg. Fachausweis wünschenswert Körperliche Belastbarkeit Resiliente Persönlichkeit mit einem hohen Mass an Flexibilität Teamfähigkeit, hohe Sozialkompetenz und gepflegtes Auftreten Keine Berührungsängste im Umgang mit Menschen mit Beeinträchtigung Bereitschaft zu Pikettdienst und Einsätzen ausserhalb der regulären Arbeitszeit Führerschein Kat. B zwingend Grundkurs als PSAgA\-Anwender\*in oder Bereitschaft zur Weiterbildung Sehr gute mündliche und schriftliche Deutschkenntnisse Sehr gute IT\-Anwenderkenntnisse (MS Office, EDV\-Mittel) Es erwartet dich eine selbständige und vielfältige Tätigkeit in unserem Team.
