Zur Verstärkung unseres Reporting Teams in der Direktion Finanzen suchen wir eine engagierte Persönlichkeit mit Fokus auf moderne Frontend Lösungen, insbesondere SAP Analytics Cloud. Gemeinsam mit den Fachbereichen entwickelst du unsere BI-Landschaft aktiv mit. Das Universitätsspital Zürich ist eines der grössten Spitäler in der Schweiz. Unsere über 8'600 Mitarbeitenden und rund 700 Auszubildende setzen sich täglich für das Wohl unserer Patient:innen ein. ###

Deine Hauptaufgaben

  • Konzeption, Entwicklung und Optimierung von Dashboards, Berichten und Planungsanwendungen in SAP Analytics Cloud
  • Analyse und Aufbereitung von Unternehmensdaten zur Unterstützung strategischer und operativer Entscheidungen
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Fachbereichen zur Aufnahme und Umsetzung von Reporting- und Analyseanforderungen
  • Entwicklung von KPI- und Kennzahlenmodellen sowie Datenvisualisierungen
  • Anbindung und Integration von Datenquellen (z. B. SAP BW, SAP S/4HANA, SAP Datasphere oder andere non-SAP Systemen)
  • Mitarbeit bei der Entwicklung moderner Cloud Architekturen
  • Sicherstellung der Datenqualität und kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Reporting-Prozesse
  • Unterstützung bei der Einführung und Weiterentwicklung von Business Intelligence und Data Analytics Lösungen
  • Durchführung von Schulungen und Workshops für Fachanwender

Dein Profil

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftsinformatik, Betriebswirtschaftslehre mit IT-Schwerpunkt, Data Analytics oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Ausgeprägte Affinität zu Daten, Analysen und betriebswirtschaftlichen Zusammenhängen
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Umgang mit SAP Analytics Cloud, idealerweise in den Bereichen Reporting, Planung oder Predictive Analytics
  • Gute Kenntnisse in SAP BI, SAP Datasphere oder vergleichbaren Data Warehouse Lösungen von Vorteil
  • Verständnis von Unternehmensprozessen in Finance, Controlling, Vertrieb oder Supply Chain
  • Analytische Denkweise sowie strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Fähigkeit, technische Sachverhalte verständlich an Fachbereiche zu vermitteln
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
