Wir verstärken unser Informatik-Team um eine umsetzungsstarke Persönlichkeit, die für die fachliche und technische Weiterentwicklung der SAP Module LO und MM verantwortlich ist. Sie stellen sicher, dass Prozesse kontinuierlich optimiert, neue Anforderungen aufgenommen und im Einklang mit den stadtweiten SAP-Vorgaben umgesetzt werden. Dabei sind Sie die zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen IT, den Fachbereichen, Finanzen und Controlling.

Aufgaben ##

  • Verantwortung für die kontinuierliche Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung von SAP LO/MM
  • Analyse bestehender Geschäftsprozesse sowie Identifikation und Umsetzung von Optimierungspotenzialen
  • Beratung und Unterstützung der Fachbereiche bei der effizienten Nutzung von SAP LO/MM
  • Aufnahme, Priorisierung und Koordination von fachlichen Anforderungen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachabteilungen
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung stadtweiter SAP-Standards, Governance-Vorgaben und Systemarchitekturen
  • Koordination und Begleitung von Changes, Releases, Tests und Systemeinführungen
  • Erstellung und Pflege von System- und Prozessdokumentationen sowie Support von Anwenderschulungen

Profil ##

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung mit den SAP-Modulen LO und MM und von Vorteil Kenntnissen mit PM, MDG und RE-FX
  • Bereitschaft zur Einarbeitung in die Grundlangen der SAP Finanz- und Controlling Prozesse (Zahlungsverkehr, Investitionsmanagement, BPC, SAC-Planung)
  • Ausgeprägtes Verständnis für Geschäftsprozesse (Immobilien- und Finanzverwaltung) sowie deren Digitalisierung und Optimierung
  • Fähigkeit, fachliche Anforderungen zu analysieren und in nachhaltige SAP-Lösungen zu überführen
  • Selbständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise mit einem hohen Mass an Eigeninitiative
  • Erfahrung und Freude an interdisziplinärer Zusammenarbeit sowie hohe Kommunikations- und Beratungskompetenz
