Temps de travail 80-100% Lieu Bern Dans ce rôle central, tu relies les personnes, les services et les partenaires autour de notre paysage ERP. Tu conçois la gestion du service applicatif, pilotes la collaboration avec SAP et assures l-orientation même lorsque la situation devient exigeante.

Ton domaine d-action

  • Tu pilotes la gestion du service applicatif à travers plusieurs domaines et garantis une haute qualité de service
  • En tant qu-interface centrale, tu orchestras le partenariat opérationnel entre SAP et BKW et rassembles les parties prenantes concernées
  • Tu conduis des revues de service et de performance, demandes les prestations convenues et assures les engagements de BKW
  • En cas de perturbations majeures, tu prends en charge la coordination des task forces et réunis différents experts pour trouver des solutions
  • Tu gardes un œil sur les KPI et la qualité du service et en déduis des améliorations ciblées pour l-organisation du service
  • En collaboration avec des partenaires internes et externes, tu coordonnes les feuilles de route opérationnelles et encourages l-amélioration continue

Ce que tu apportes

  • Une expérience de plusieurs années en gestion du service applicatif ainsi qu-en gestion des partenaires ou fournisseurs SAP constitue ta base professionnelle
  • Tu comprends les contextes IT et peux intégrer et relier les perspectives techniques et commerciales
  • Tu réunis des intérêts différents même dans des situations exigeantes et représentes clairement et objectivement les prestations convenues
  • Tu maîtrises les contrats et accords de service et les utilises comme base pour une gestion efficace des partenaires
  • Tu t-exprimes avec assurance à différents niveaux hiérarchiques et communiques très bien en allemand et en anglais
  • Une manière de travailler autonome et structurée ainsi qu-un calme et une orientation dans des situations complexes te caractérisent
