Rund 400 Mitarbeitende stellen in Gerlafingen aus Stahlschrott Bewehrungsstahl her. Die Stahl Gerlafingen AG ist der grösste Recycling-Betrieb in der Schweiz. Die Absatzmärkte der Produkte liegen in der Schweiz und der Europäischen Union. Für unser ICT-Team am Standort Gerlafingen suchen wir eine zuverlässige und erfahrene Persönlichkeit, die den reibungslosen Betrieb unserer SAP-Systeme sicherstellt und unsere Anwenderinnen und Anwender kompetent unterstützt. Sie übernehmen eine zentrale Rolle im operativen SAP-Betrieb und sorgen dafür, dass unsere Systeme zuverlässig funktionieren und unsere Mitarbeitenden bei Fragen und Anliegen professionell betreut werden. .

Aufgaben/Verantwortlichkeiten

Was dich erwartet:

  • Dokumentation und laufende Pflege der am Standort bestehenden SAP-Geschäftsprozesse sowie Aufbau und Pflege einer Wissensdatenbank.
  • Bearbeitung und Koordination sämtlicher SAP-L1-Support-Tickets am Standort; selbstständige Lösung einfacher Störungen und Service Requests.
  • Unterstützung des zukünftigen Rollouts zu SAP S/4HANA des neuen SAP-Gruppenmodells am Schweizer Standort über mehrere Projektphasen hinweg.
  • Koordination mit lokalen System- und Netzwerkadministratoren sowie den HQ-Teams bei Störungen und Änderungen an Netzwerken, Applikationen, Systemen und SAP.
  • Mitarbeit bei Konzeption, Tests, Einführung und Go-live neuer Anforderungen und SAP-Template-Prozesse in Zusammenarbeit mit HQ und lokalen Stakeholdern.
  • Unterstützung des IT-Teams bei der administrativen Abwicklung von SAP-bezogenen Bestellungen, insbesondere Erstellung, Nachverfolgung und Bearbeitung von Bestellungen und Folgeprozessen.
  • Prüfung der von externen Lieferanten rapportierten Aufwände und Zeiten auf Übereinstimmung mit vereinbarten Leistungen und Deliverables; Meldung von Abweichungen an die zuständigen Stellen.
  • Unterstützung bei der Betreuung externer SAP- und Applikationslieferanten sowie von SAP-integrierten Anwendungen wie MES, Versand-/Logistiklösungen und Ausschussmanagement.

Kompetenzen

Was du mitbringst:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, IT-Applikationsmanagement oder vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Weiterbildungen im SAP-Umfeld, IT-Service-Management, Prozessmanagement oder Projektmanagement von Vorteil.
  • Kenntnisse in SAP GTS, SAP VIM und/oder SAP HR von Vorteil; Bereitschaft, diese Kenntnisse weiterzuentwickeln.
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Ticketing- und Incident-Management-Prozessen sowie idealerweise mit AMS-Dienstleistern.
  • Muttersprache Deutsch, gute Englischkenntnisse B1, Italienischkenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Erfahrung mit SAP-Schnittstellen zu Satellitensystemen wie MES, Versand/Logistik, Ausschussmanagement, Treasury oder Reporting von Vorteil.
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Ticketing-, Dokumentations- und gängigen Office-Anwendungen.
  • Grundverständnis für IT-Infrastrukturen, Netzwerke, Applikationen und SAP-Schnittstellen.
