Die Aargauische Gebäudeversicherung, gegründet 1805, ist ein Kompetenzzentrum für Prävention, Intervention und Versicherung. Sie ist die älteste Einrichtung dieser Art in der Schweiz. Sie wirkt nicht nur als Versicherung – sie hilft auch mit, Schäden zu verhüten und zu mindern. Ihre Dienstleistungen schützen Bevölkerung, Vermögenswerte und Umwelt.

Die AGV versichert die Gebäude im Kanton gegen Feuer\-, Elementar\-, und Wasserschäden. Gebäudeschäden entstehen oft unerwartet und können schnell teuer werden. Eine rasche Schadenbearbeitung und kompetente Beratung über den richtigen Versicherungsschutz sind wichtig. Wir vervollständigen das Team Schadenservice und suchen Sie.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Sie besichtigen Feuer\-, Elementar\- und Wasserschäden, ordnen die notwendigen Schadenminderungs\-Massnahmen an, überprüfen die Schadenursache und die Versicherungsdeckung, legen die Schadenhöhe fest und sprechen mit den Kundinnen und Kunden das weitere Vorgehen ab.
  • Sie beraten die Kundinnen und Kunden in Versicherungsfragen. Ausserdem erklären Sie die Zusatzversicherungen der AGV und schliessen sie bei Bedarf ab.
  • Sie beraten Kundinnen und Kunden über die Möglichkeiten von Präventionsmassnahmen.

Ihr Profil

  • Sie sind Technikerin bzw. Techniker HF Bauführung Hochbau oder Bauleiterin bzw. Bauleiter HFP.
  • Sie haben Erfahrung im Hochbau und/oder in der Bauleitung.
  • Die administrativen Arbeiten erledigen Sie im Homeoffice. Die AGV stellt Ihnen die nötigen Arbeitsinstrumente sowie die IT\-Infrastruktur zur Verfügung.
  • Sie kommunizieren gut und schätzen den direkten Umgang mit Kundinnen und Kunden. Auch in anspruchsvollen Situationen argumentieren Sie sachlich. Ihr Urteilsvermögen ist sicher, auch bei komplexen Fragestellungen.
  • Sie sind gut organisiert und arbeiten selbständig.
