In der Rolle bist du Teil des Geschäftsbereichs Claims am Help Point, Pfäffikon SZ bei Zurich Schweiz. Als Schadenspezialist bist du die erste Ansprechperson für Kundinnen und Kunden mit Motorfahrzeugschäden und sorgst gemeinsam mit dem Fahrzeugexperten-Team für rasche, unkomplizierte Lösungen. Du bearbeitest Schäden selbstständig, leitest Sofortmassnahmen ein und stellst einen reibungslosen Ablauf vor Ort sicher - bei Bedarf auch an anderen Standorten.

 

 

Das erwartet dich

 

* Du bearbeitest Motorfahrzeugschäden selbstständig und begleitest Kundinnen und Kunden persönlich durch den Schadenfall.

* Du stellst gemeinsam mit dem Fahrzeugexperten-Team einen reibungslosen Help-Point-Betrieb sicher.

* Du leitest Sofortmassnahmen wie Expertisen ein und entwickelst rasch passende Lösungen.

* Du nimmst telefonische Schadensmeldungen entgegen und steuerst den Schadenprozess vor Ort.

* Du arbeitest eng mit internen und externen Partnern zusammen und unterstützt bei Bedarf weitere Help-Point-Standorte.

 

 

Das zeichnet dich aus

 

  • Kaufmännische oder gleichwertige Ausbildung sowie mehrjährige kaufmännische Berufserfahrung, idealerweise in der Versicherungsbranche
  • Sehr gute mündliche und schriftliche Ausdrucksfähigkeit in Deutsch und gute Sprachkenntnisse in Englisch, jede weitere Sprache ist von Vorteil
  • Flexible, teamfähige, belastbare und durchsetzungsstarke Persönlichkeit 
  • Effiziente und initiative Arbeitsweise, die sich durch hohe Eigenverantwortung auszeichnet
  • Kommunikative Person mit ausgeprägter Kunden- und Serviceorientierung sowie ergebnisorientierter und qualitätsbewusster Grundeinstellung
