Das Team MF-Auslandschaden der Zurich - Swiss Interclaims - bearbeitet Schadenfälle, welche von Versicherten mit ausländischen Geschädigten im In- und Ausland verursacht werden. Ebenfalls vertreten wir den Nationalen Garantiefonds und das Nationale Versicherungsbüro und erledigen in diesem Zusammenhang Schadenfälle durch unbekannte oder nicht versicherte Motorfahrzeuge, sowie Schadenereignisse von ausländischen Motorfahrzeugen in der Schweiz.

Das erwartet dich

 

  • Du führst Deckungs-, Haftungs- und Forderungsprüfungen durch
  • Du klärst Sachverhalte von Schadenfällen in der Motorfahrzeughaftplicht ab
  • Du hast regelmässigen Kontakt mit Versicherten, Anspruchstellern, Rechtsvertretern, Versicherungsgesellschaften, Sachverständigen und Behörden im In- und Ausland
  • Du beantwortest Kundenanfragen im Rahmen der Tätigkeit als Auskunftsstelle des Nationalen Versicherungsbüros und des Nationalen Garantiefonds
  • Du bestimmst mögliche Regresse und initiierst den Inkassoprozess

 

 

Das zeichnet dich aus

 

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Motorfahrzeugschadenbearbeitung
  • Hohe Kunden- und Dienstleistungsorientierung
  • Ausgeprägtes Verhandlungsgeschick
  • Sehr gute mündliche und schriftliche Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
