Stellenbeschreibung ##

Wir suchen einen talentierten Schaler/in A/B, der/die unser Team verstärkt. In dieser Rolle sind Sie verantwortlich für die Durchführung von Schalerarbeiten, die sowohl Präzision als auch Kreativität erfordern. Sie werden in einem dynamischen Umfeld arbeiten, in dem Teamarbeit und Kommunikation von grösster Bedeutung sind. Zu Ihren Hauptaufgaben gehören das Mischen von Materialien, das Überwachen des Produktionsprozesses und das Sicherstellen der Qualität der Endprodukte. Sie sollten über fundierte Kenntnisse in der Schalertechnik verfügen und in der Lage sein, technische Zeichnungen zu lesen und umzusetzen. Darüber hinaus erwarten wir von Ihnen, dass Sie proaktiv Probleme identifizieren und Lösungen vorschlagen. Wir erwarten ##

Wir erwarten von Ihnen, dass Sie über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Schalertechnik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation verfügen. Sie sollten mindestens zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Position haben. Zuverlässigkeit, Teamfähigkeit und eine positive Einstellung sind für uns von grosser Bedeutung. Ausserdem sollten Sie bereit sein, in Schichten zu arbeiten und gelegentlich Überstunden zu leisten. Wir suchen jemanden, der sich kontinuierlich weiterentwickeln möchte und bereit ist, neue Fähigkeiten zu erlernen.
