Seit über 35 Jahren sind wir spezialisiert auf die Vermittlung und den Verleih von Personal in diversen Branchen, hauptsächlich in den Bereichen Bauhaupt- und Baunebengewerbe, Handwerk, Technik, Industrie.

Für unsere Lieferfirmen im Hoch- Tief- und Untrtagbau suchen wir laufend auf der Suche nach erfahrenen und zuverlässigen Schaler/innen, die unser Team verstärken und an spannenden Projekten mitarbeiten möchten.

Stellenbeschreibung ##

Als Schaler/in sind Sie verantwortlich für das Erstellen und Montieren von Wand- Deckenschalungen (Peri, Doka, Tobler, Huennenbeck) sei es mit modernen Systemen wie Doka und Peri oder mit konventionellen Methoden. Ihre Aufgaben umfassen das Betonieren und Nachbearbeiten von Bauteilen, wobei Sie stets darauf achten, die Sicherheits- und Qualitätsstandards einzuhalten. Das Lesen und Umsetzen von Bauplänen gehört ebenso zu Ihrem Aufgabengebiet. Sie arbeiten eng mit Ihrem Baustellenteam zusammen, um die Projekte effizient und erfolgreich umzusetzen. Ihre präzise und selbstständige Arbeitsweise ist entscheidend für den Erfolg unserer Bauvorhaben. Wir suchen nach motivierten Fachkräften, die bereit sind, sich in einem dynamischen Umfeld zu engagieren und ihre Fähigkeiten einzubringen.

Wir erwarten ##

Sie haben eine Ausbildung als Schaler/in EFZ oder bringen langjährige Berufserfahrung mit. Der sichere Umgang mit gängigen Schalungssystemen ist für Sie selbstverständlich. Sie arbeiten selbstständig und präzise, sind teamfähig, belastbar und zuverlässig. Ein Führerausweis der Kategorie B BE ist von Vorteil.
