Was du bei uns bewegst ##

  • Leidenschaftliche Gastgeberrolle & aktive Mitarbeit im Tagesgeschäft
  • Ansprechpartner für Feedbacks und Wünsche unserer Gäste
  • Operative Schichtleitung der jeweiligen Abteilung
  • Administrative und operative Aufgaben mit eigenem Verantwortungsbereich
  • Einhaltung und Förderung der definierten Qualitäts- und Hygienestandards
  • Überwachung der Betriebsabläufe gemäss den vorgegebenen Standards
  • Du leitest deine Schicht und sorgst für einen reibungslosen Ablauf
  • Training, Förderung und Motivation der Mitarbeitenden
  • Gewährleisten des Informationsflusses
  • Vorbildfunktion

Für diese herausfordernde Position suchen wir eine sehr engagierte und offene Persönlichkeit mit einem Auge fürs Detail sowie einer strukturierten, team- und prozessorientierten Arbeitsweise. Du besitzt ein ausgeprägtes Organisationstalent und unterstützen gerne die Mitarbeitenden in ihrem Weiterkommen.

  • Leidenschaftliche Gastgeberrolle
  • Restaurationsfachfrau/ -mann EFZ
  • Ausgewiesene erste Führungserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Position
  • Du sprichst fliessend Deutsch und Englisch, weitere Fremdsprachen von Vorteil
  • Die MS-Office-Palette nutzt Du gewandt
  • Flexibilität bezüglich Arbeitszeiten (Schichteinsätze zwischen 6.00 und 21.30 Uhr im 7 Tages-Betrieb)
