Das können Sie bewirken

  • Verantwortlich für ein Schichtteam im Produktionsumfeld, einschliesslich Ressourcenmanagement und Teamentwicklung in einem 3\-Schicht\-Betriebsmodell (direkte Führung, 10\-15 FTE)
  • Sicherstellung einer kontinuierlichen und hohen Produktionsleistung in enger Abstimmung mit den Fabrikplanern und dem Produktionsleiter
  • Verantwortung innerhalb der Schicht für Sicherheit, Qualität und Produktivität
  • Dokumentation der Schichtleistung und Übergabe an nachfolgende Schichten
  • Unterstützung bei der Einarbeitung neuer Mitarbeiter in den Produktionsprozess
  • Identifizierung sowie Integration neuer Technologien und bewährter Verfahren, um den kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsprozess (KVP) gemeinsam mit unserem Process Engineering Team voranzutreiben
  • Reduzierung des Ausschusses auf ein Minimum
  • Verbesserung und Schulung von Arbeits\- \& Wartungsanweisungen zur Sicherstellung des 3\-Schicht\-Betriebs
  • Überwachung der wichtigsten Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) zur Erfolgsmessung und Rückmeldung an den Produktionsleiter

Das bringen Sie mit

  • Technische Ausbildung und Weiterbildung (TS / HF) im Bereich Technik, Führung oder einem vergleichbaren Gebiet
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Produktion, idealerweise im Schichtbetrieb
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Lean Management, Six Sigma und anderen Methoden der Prozessoptimierung
  • Ausgeprägte Problemlösungskompetenz und datengestütztes Vorgehen bei der Entscheidungsfindung
  • Ausgezeichnete Fähigkeiten in den Bereichen Zeitmanagement, Kommunikation und Organisation sowie die Fähigkeit, Prioritäten zu setzen und Termine einzuhalten
  • Fliessend in Deutsch, Englisch ist von Vorteil
