Schichtleiter/in Transformatorenbau 100%

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Verantwortung für die fachliche und personelle Leitung der Produktionsabteilung während der jeweiligen Schicht
  • Gewährleistung von Arbeitssicherheit sowie Einhaltung von Qualitätsstandards und Produktionsfristen
  • Betreuung und laufende Verbesserung bestehender Arbeitsanweisungen und Prozesse
  • Entgegennahme, Überprüfung und Weiterleitung von Stör- und Fehlermeldungen im laufenden Betrieb
  • Organisation und Durchführung von Schulungen für Mitarbeitende
  • Planung des Personaleinsatzes inklusive Erstellung der Schichtpläne

Ihr Profil

  • abgeschlossene Ausbildung Elektromechaniker, Polymechaniker, Automatikmonteur oder Automatiker EFZ
  • Weiterbildung als Industriemeister/in oder Prozesstechniker/in von Vorteil
  • mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer Führungsfunktion
  • sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, mindestens Niveau C1
  • exakte, Saubere und effiziente Arbeitsweise
  • flexibler und Pflichtbewusster Teamplayer
  • strukturierte Vorgehensweise und eigenverantwortliches Handeln
  • Bereitschaft für Arbeit im Zweischichtbetrieb
